Pricing model has been revamped in Notific.io
We have been hard at work creating you the best notification service possible, and now it is time to release some significant changes in pricing that will make the service a lot easier to understand and use.
Over time it has become obvious that the pricing scheme is difficult for our users. Metrics have been complex and the terminology has required a lot of technical understanding. To rectify the situation we have designed a new customer-friendly pricing model that is both easy to grasp and straightforward to follow up.
What has changed in Notific.io pricing?
The new pricing metrics are:
1) Public notification delivery count
2) Personal notification recipients
With public notifications, i.e. notifications that are visible to everyone, your subscription plan will be based on the times your web site visitors load a notification from Notific.io servers. Whenever someone loads a notification your view count is increased by one.
With personal notifications, the pricing is determined by the number of recipients you have.
For Notific.io super users also combinations of both are of course available.
You can easily track quota from our improved dashboard. It shows your quota status both in number- and easy to ready graph forms. It also shows the generic status of your account.
Last but not least we will no longer provide a free tier. The free tier will be replaced with a two week trial period.
What does this mean for our current users?
For our loyal free tier users, we will provide a complimentary two week trial period to help you decide what kind of plan would suit you best going forward.
For our valued subscribers we will provide the option to either continue using your current plan or converting your existing plan to a fitting version from the new pricing model. In most cases converting to a new model will be the more cost-effective alternative.
